 What is True Q?

By some folk’s definition, barbecue is any meat cooked over an open flame. These same  misguided souls spend a mere thirty minutes of their weekend over a backyard propane grill professing to be "barbecuing". Please understand that "barbecue" is not a verb, it's a noun. And it's not a pastime, it's a passion.
Definitely not rushed.

All FIRED UP meats are SLOW COOKED over hickory wood in a closed pit. This process gently infuses the meat with a hickory flavour. As we say...cookin' the old fashion way! Each slab of ribs is trimmed out to our very tight specifications, and every pork shoulder is HAND PULLED ...NO AUTOMATION! So pull up a chair, roll up your sleeves and dig into down south BBQ.
Our barbecue is the end result of pork slow cooked for twelve hours over hickory wood. But that deep-down, smoky flavor that we true barbecue aficionados revere achieves its true essence in our delicious pulled pork and St. Louis Style ribs.
We believe barbecue is at its best when all of its powerful flavors combine and harmonize. The natural flavors of the meat, the savory flavor of hardwood smoke, the spiciness of the rub, the sweetness or pungency of the sauce. When these elements are in balance, you have found BBQ heaven.

ALL FIRED UP Barbecue Company was formed in Y2K as a full service catering & event planning company.  Whether you are planning a small back yard gathering or a party for 5000, you can feel confident that with one call to ALL FIRED UP Barbecue Company, all the details will be looked after for you.
